Terms and Conditions
Booking and Payment: To secure your trekking adventure with Adventure Acute, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. Full payment must be made before the trek commences. Payment methods accepted include bank transfers, credit/debit cards, and PayPal.
Cancellation Policy: In the event of cancellation by the client, the deposit is non-refundable. Refunds for cancellations made after full payment will be subject to the following conditions:
- Cancellations made 30 days or more before the trek start date: 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 30 days before the trek start date: No refund.
Changes to Itinerary: Adventure Acute reserves the right to modify the trekking itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances such as adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, or political unrest. Any changes will be communicated to the client immediately, and alternative arrangements will be provided.
Health and Safety: Clients are responsible for ensuring they are in good health and physical condition to participate in the trek. Adventure Acute is not liable for any injuries, illnesses, or accidents that may occur during the trek. Clients must purchase travel insurance to cover any medical emergencies or evacuation costs.
Liability Waiver: Clients must sign a liability waiver before participating in the trek. Releasing Adventure Acute and its staff from any liability for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings.
Terms Privacy Policy
Collection of Personal Information: Adventure Acute collects personal information from clients to book and organize trekking expeditions. This information may include name, contact details, passport information, and dietary preferences.
Use of Personal Information: Personal information collected by Adventure Acute is used solely to organize and facilitate trekking adventures. Client information will not be shared with third parties without consent unless required by law.
Security Measures: Adventure Acute employs industry-standard security measures to protect client information from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.
Data Retention: Personal information collected by Adventure Acute will be retained for the duration necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this privacy policy or as required by law.
Client Rights: Clients have the right to access, update, or request the deletion of their personal information held by Adventure Acute. They can do so by contacting our customer service team.
By booking a trekking adventure with Adventure Acute, clients agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined above and consent to collecting and using their personal information as described in the privacy policy.
